Pre-Microblading

Preparation for Your Microblading Session

1. Consultation:

Your consultation can be done during your microblading appointment. We will discuss your desired look, shape, and color to tailor the procedure to your preferences and ensure you understand the process.

2. Avoid Certain Products:

Refrain from using blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and caffeine 24-48 hours before the appointment. Avoid retinol and anti-aging products for a week prior.

 3. Skin Care:

Keep your skin hydrated and avoid sun exposure or tanning for at least one week before the procedure.

4. Health Considerations:

What to Expect During Your Microblading Session

1. Arrival:

Arrive on time and feel free to ask any last-minute questions. This is your time to get comfortable and ensure you are ready for the process.

2. Design and Shaping:

Your artist will measure and sketch the perfect shape for your eyebrows. You will have the opportunity to approve the design before the procedure begins.

3. Microblading Process:

Using a specialized tool, your artist will create hair-like strokes to mimic natural eyebrow hairs. This process typically takes 1-2 hours.

5. Aftercare Instructions:

Post-procedure, your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing and results.

Post-Microblading

Caring for Your New Brows

1. Initial Healing:

Your brows will appear darker and more defined immediately after the procedure. This is normal and will soften as they heal. Expect some redness and swelling for a few days.

2. Aftercare Routine:

-Keep the area dry and clean. Avoid water, sweat, and makeup on the brows for at least 7-10 days.

 - Apply the provided ointment as directed to aid healing.

- Avoid picking or scratching the treated area to prevent scarring and pigment loss.

3. Touch-Up Appointment:

A follow-up appointment is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial session to perfect the brows. This ensures any necessary adjustments are made and the color is consistent.

4. Long-Term Care:

- Protect your brows from the sun using SPF to prevent fading.

- Avoid exfoliating treatments and retinol on the brow area to maintain the pigment.

- Schedule annual touch-ups to keep your brows looking fresh and defined.
